Respecting Everyone’s Time – Our Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, but missed appointments or last-minute cancellations affect our team and other patients needing care. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you, and we do not double-book patients.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the time to another patient who may require urgent treatment.
