We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to ensure every patient receives the care they need, we have a structured appointment and cancellation policy.
We encourage all patients to arrive on time to ensure treatments can be completed as planned. If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining appointment time. If the delay means we cannot complete your treatment, we may need to reschedule, and cancellation policies may apply.
