Appointment and Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to ensure every patient receives the care they need, we have a structured appointment and cancellation policy.

Arriving Late – Making the Most of Your Appointment

We encourage all patients to arrive on time to ensure treatments can be completed as planned. If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining appointment time. If the delay means we cannot complete your treatment, we may need to reschedule, and cancellation policies may apply.

Cancellations and Failure to Attend – Keeping Appointments Fair for Everyone

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you, and we do not double-book patients. If you need to reschedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to accommodate other patients needing care.

  • If you miss an appointment without notice, it impacts other patients who could have been seen.
  • A pattern of missed appointments may require a deposit to secure future bookings.

To help you stay on track, we send courtesy reminder calls or SMS before your appointment. However, even if you don’t receive a reminder, your appointment remains your responsibility.
